Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Express: 2 to 4 business days.
- Worldwide Air Courier: 5 to 7 business days.
Real-time end-to-end tracking is dispatched via email and SMS as soon as your shipment departs our fulfillment atelier.
3. Return Policy
We provide a 30-day return guarantee for unopened, sealed products in their original luxury box. Complimentary sample vials included with your order allow you to experience the scent prior to opening the cellophane-sealed full bottle.

4. Refund & Exchange Policy
Upon receipt and quality verification of your returned parcel at our warehouse, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
